Wayne Schmanske, 50, of Seneca, passed away Friday August 19, 2016, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, August 25 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Wayne was born October 25, 1965 in Ottawa, to John "Bud" and Eda (Vickers) Schmanske.

Wayne was a fixture at Fat Daddy'z in Seneca and did many jobs there, filling almost every position when needed. He was the manager of the bar even though the owners may not have known it. Fat Daddy'z will never be the same.

Wayne is survived by one sister, Renee (Michael) Avett of Collinsville, IL; two brothers, Joe (Jammie) Vickers of Marseilles and Jeffrey (Margaret Schmanske of Seneca; and five nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Craig.
