Sharon L. Huddleston, 83, of Marseilles, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at her home.

Private graveside services will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Sharon was born April 14, 1941, in Belleville, IL to Clarence and Florence (Lautz) Zeilmann. In 1965, she married Wilferd "Moe" Huddleston, who preceded her in death.

She was employed by The Times until her retirement and was a racing fan.

She is survived by her son, Wilferd Jr. "Lee" Huddleston of Marseilles; three sisters, Gertrude (Larry) Allen and Carol Zeilmann, both of Ottawa, Judith Zeilmann of Sterling; one brother, William (Rose) Zeilmann of Missouri; and one sister-in-law, Lois Zeilmann of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Zeilmann; her mother, Florence (Alfred) Stiles; her husband, Moe; and one brother, Clarence Jr.
