Samantha Jo Milton, 37, of Streator, IL, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025, surrounded by her family.

A poker run in Samantha's memory will kick off at Smitty's Bar and Grill in Leonore, at 11 a.m. Sunday, October 19, and all bikes and vehicles are welcome. The run will conclude at Fat Daddy'z in Seneca at 2 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow. A dish to pass and a donation to help with her final expenses is greatly appreciated. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements and cremation rites.

Samantha was born on July 26, 1988, in Ottawa, IL, to John J. Lewis Jr. and Diana Milton.

Samantha loved music, spending time with her family, and going to the Cowboy Church in Long Point with her dad and her kids.

She is survived by her three children, Alexander John Milton, Josiah John Milton, and Brooklyn Nicole Decker; her father, John J. Lewis Jr.; her mother, Diana Milton; her sister, Jennifer N. Milton; a brother, Steven M. Milton; her nieces and nephews, Michael A. Milton Mamaugh, Jacob R. Pearson, Devin Milton, Damien Milton, Hunter Milton, and Emma Milton; and two uncles, Howard Milton and Robert Milton.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ted and Margaret Milton, John J. Lewis, Sr. and Cora Kelly; a brother, John James Lewis III; her nephew, Tony Lee Channell Jr.; her aunt, Beverly Flatness; and two uncles, Jr. Milton and David Milton.
