Obituary

Russell H. Mammen, 79, of Seneca, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at Morris Hospital.

Due to current restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

He was born March 7, 1941, in Chicago, IL, to Donald and Helen (Goettsche) Mammen. In 1984, he married Lynne Bolger of Seneca who survives.

Russell was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Seneca and Local # 701 Electricians Union. He loved camping and dancing with his wife. He was a long time member of Woodsmoke Ranch, where he served on the board of directors for many years.

Russell is survived by his wife, Lynne; one daughter, Kim Silva of East Dundee; two step-daughters, Kathleen (Brian) Viskup of Buckeye, AZ and Josephine (Sean) Poyner of Seneca; one son, Donald Noesges of East Dundee; thirteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-daughter, Jacqueline Bolger.
