Philip Miceli, 71, of Marseilles, formerly of Naperville, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Aperion Care Center.

Services will be at a later date.  Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles is handling the arrangements.

He was born September 25, 1946, in Chicago, to Frank Alfred and Josephine (DeMarino) Miceli.  On September 27, 1991, he married Shirley Kittle of Aurora, who survives.

Phil was employed by General Carbon and the Naperville School System as a janitor until his retirement. He enjoyed collecting war memorabilia, fishing, and the outdoors. He was a kind man with a good sense of humor and a great husband.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; a daughter, Tina Miceli of Florida; one sister, Theresa (Donald) Podschweit of Morris Town, TN; and two brothers, Ralph (Cheryl) Miceli of Cape Coral, FL, and Frank Miceli of Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
