Patrick J. Scanavino, Sr.

Patrick J. Scanavino, Sr., 83, of El Paso, formerly of Marseilles, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2026, at El Paso Healthcare Center.

Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, November 2 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Deacon Ron Wackerlin officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

Patrick was born on September 4, 1943, in Ottawa, to Alfonso and Dorothy (Sheedy) Scanavino.

Patrick was employed by Caterpillar until his retirement.

He is survived by his children, Patrick “P.J.” Scanavino, Jr. and Angela Scanavino; his brother, Bob Scanavino; and his nieces, Rachel (Jacob) Frizsell and Rebecca Horton; and his great nieces and nephews, Caleb, Austin, Zoey, Izzy, Mary, and Abby.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Joseph Allen Scanavino; his sister, Colleen Pellegrini; and brother-in-law, Rex Cain.
