Pamela Jo Green

Pamela Jo Green, 74, of Ottawa, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026, at her home.

An intimate celebration of life with family will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park with her parents. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements and cremation rites.

Pamela was born on January 26, 1952, in Ottawa, IL, to Arthur and Marjorie (Stonebaker) Rowney. On May 26, 1973, she married Terry Green of Ottawa who survives.

Pamela worked as a caregiver, which she did for most of her life. She was employed by Pleasant View Luther Home, and most recently, in private care giving. She enjoyed painting, sewing, and making quilts, which she would donate to cancer organizations. She was known for selling her farm fresh chicken eggs and truly enjoyed getting to know her customers. Pamela loved being out on her property, being in the outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Terry; her children, Edward (Tiffany), Quentin, and Rebekah Green; her seven grandchildren, Destyni, Madison, Alyssa, Hannah, Leah, Tyler, and Seth; 11 great grandchildren with one on the way; and her siblings, Julie Watts and Jim (Joan) Rowney.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her father and mother-in-law, William and Elaine Green; her brothers-in-law, Jim Watts and William Green Jr., and her sister-in-law, Kathy Peterson.
