Mary Belle Manning Malley, 81, of Ottawa, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023, at her home.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 28 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Rev. Bill Clark officiating. Private burial will be in Skyline Memorial Cemetery in Monee, IL.

She was born on August 3, 1941, in Coulterville, IL, to Howard "Happ" and Beth (Leslie) Chandler. On May 9, 1981, she married Harold LeRoy Malley of Beecher who preceded her in death.

Mary was an avid bowler, a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and the Moose Club. She enjoyed camping, traveling, and going to car races, especially watching NASCAR.

She is survived by her children, Larry (Edna) Manning, Vince (Chris) Manning, Keith (Ellen) Manning, and Cheryl Grieves; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and her siblings, June Wilcoxen, Roy Chandler and Shirley Chandler.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold; a son, Steve Manning; a daughter, Pat Chapman; four grandchildren, Michael Chapman, Mary Plique, Jennifer Burns, and Dillion Hess; one brother, Earl Chandler; one sister, Helen Plique; and a son-in-law, John Grieves.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Her grandchildren will be pallbearers.
