Mark Steven Navarro, 65, of Ottawa, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Aperion Care in Marseilles.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

He was born on December 29, 1957, in Ottawa, to Merc and Benita (Mann) Navarro.

Mark was employed at the Sheridan Correctional Center. He enjoyed baseball and loved animals. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone who was in need.

He is survived by his good friend Candace Sheneman.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Dale Navarro.

Memorials may be directed to the family to help with final arrangments.
