Mark Alan Armstrong, 68, of Ottawa, passed away on September 10, 2023, at Aperion Care Marseilles.

Memorial visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, October 7 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Duane Kaufman officiating. Military honors will be observed concluding services at the funeral home.

He was born on September 17, 1954, in Ottawa.

Mark served in the United States Marine Corps as a combat engineer from 1973 to 1977. He was employed by Illinois Cement as a shift foreman until his retirement.

He is survived by his two daughters, Kristine Armstrong and Sara Lynn Rosales; his partner, Lauren Rosales; several grand and great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marsha Taylor.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jill (Weber Denbo) Armstrong; and a son Marc Andrew Armstrong.
