Marilyn J. Thrawl, 87, of Seneca, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 at her home.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at the First Baptist Church in Morris, IL with Pastor Steve Larson officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the services at the church. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.

Marilyn was born July 10, 1934, in Ottawa, to Roy and Selma (Howe) White. She married Kenneth Thrawl, who preceded her in death in 1985.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Morris. She loved animals and enjoyed pet sitting.

Marilyn is survived by her nieces and nephews, Kristofer (Rebecca) Applebee, Michael (Laurie) Applebee, Richard (Marilee) Applebee, Thomas (Debra) Applebee, and Jennie (Kyle Issleb) Applebee; and several great nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved.

Marilyn is proceeded in death by her husband; her three sisters; one brother; and one niece.

Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church in Morris.
