Linda Jean Hougas, 66, of West Brooklyn, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Rochelle Community Hospital.

Services will be private. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles is handling the arrangements.

Linda was born July 4, 1953. In 1980, she married William Hougas of Prairie Center, who survives.

She was a cook at Ottawa Pavilion for many years.  Linda was a wonderful baker and a great wife.  She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and her garden.

Linda is survived by her husband, Bill of West Brooklyn; and a sister and brother.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
