Kathryn Elaine Rafferty, 82, of Marseilles, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at her home.

Funeral services will be 12 noon Monday, June 26 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Ego of St. Joseph's Catholic Church officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles.

Elaine was born September 1, 1934, in Marseilles, to Quinto and Catherine (Micor) Morello. She married Lorin M. Rafferty on May 21, 1955 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marseilles. He preceded her in death on May 24, 1993.

She graduated from Marseilles High School in 1952. She retired from Marseilles Bank in 1995.

Elaine is survived by one son, Randal L. (Renee) Rafferty of Marseilles; three grandchildren, Meghan (Christopher) Harper of Fairbury, Jacob (Andrea) Rafferty of Greer, SC, and Nicole Rafferty of TX; one great-grandson, Bryce J. Harper; two great-grandchildren on the way; two step great-granddaughters; one sister, Marilyn (Charles) Nicholson; many nieces and nephews; and dear friend and companion, Alfred Cavaletto.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Phyllis Ann Bevington.
