Karon Ann Figenbaum, 61, of Marseilles, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021 at University of Chicago Hospital.

A celebration of life will be held from 2- 5 p.m. Saturday August 28 at the Marseilles Lions Club. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

She was born April 21, 1960, in Ottawa, to Millard and Catherine (Schmidt) Cummings. In 1979, she married Keith Figenbaum of Marseilles who survives.

Karon was employed by B&B Electronics for over 20 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed taking care of her family.

She is survived by her husband, Keith; her children, Nick (Kristen) Figenbaum of Marseilles, Brad (Amy) Figenbaum, Terra (Matt) Hetelle; eight grandchildren, Owen, Jocelyn, Dakotah, Levi, Colter, Kilah, Harlyn and Aspyn; her four sisters, Sandy Thompson, Cheryl (Jerry) Mettille, Debbie Shipe-Cummings and Cathy Brague; and her brothers, Jay Cummings and Roman Cummings.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Mark Cummings; her sister, Cindy Jonassen; and a half-brother, Mike Baldwin.
