Julie Ann Darm, 58, of Streator, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Morris Hospital.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Marseilles United Methodist Church with Rev. Vernell Daniels officiating. Visitation and a time of fellowship will immediately follow services. Burial will be at Galloway Cemetery at a later date. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

She was born August, 18, 1960, in Ottawa, to Lester Sr. and Carolyn (Drackley) Close. In 1989, she married Fredrick "Dan" Darm of Streator who survives.

Julie was employed by Reliable for many years. She was in the Rebekah's, loved crafting, reading, dogs, and all animals.

She is survived by her husband, Dan; four sisters, Ellie (Joe) Mitchell, Tina (Steve) Seale, Jami (Robert) O'Quin, and Brooke (Jim) Sluder; four brothers, Lester Close Jr., David (Barb) Bell, Clyde Bell, and Kale (Barb) Close; mother, Carolyn (Vernell) Daniels; step-mother, Connie Close; her aunts and uncles; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Close Sr., and her grandparents.
