Joan G. Drackley, 79, of Marseilles, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Ottawa Pavilion.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 Noon Friday Dec. 23, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marseilles with Rev. Anthony Ego officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Friday at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home.
Joan was born August 30, 1937 in Ottawa to James and Mary (Calligaris) Sutton. In 1961, she married Edward Drackley of Marseilles, who survives.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and several card clubs. She graduated from Marseilles High School in the class of 1955. She was employed by L.O.F. in the office until her retirement.
Joan is survived by her husband, Edward; her sons, Michael (Penny) Drackley and their children, Nathan, Austin, and Lauren of Joliet, and Brian (Deb) Drackley and their sons, Brendan, Derek, and Kyle of Gilberts, IL; two sisters, June (Andrew) Johnson of Palm Springs, CA and Mary Ann (Edward) Marshall of Utica, IL; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Craig Johnson.
Memorials may be given for masses.
Pallbearers will be Brendan, Derek, Kyle, Nathan, and Austin Drackley, and Eric Marshall.
