Jerald A. Dahl, 89, of Marseilles, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at his home.

Funeral services will be private. Cremation rites have been accorded. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles has been entrusted with arrangements.

He was born on March 30, 1935, in Plano, IL to Herbert and Louise (Brown) Dahl. In 1960, he married Marianne Becker of Ottawa who preceded in 2014.

Jerald served in the U.S. Army. He was an autobody man for his entire life.

He is survived by his son, Scott (Kathy Saager) Dahl of Marseilles; his daughter, Jill Dahl of Peru; two grandchildren, Samantha and Christopher Dahl; one brother, Herbert; and one sister, Candice.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marianne, and one sister, Betty.
