Jason C. Orsburn, 50, of Ottawa, formerly of Seneca, passed away on August 8, 2022 at his home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, August 12 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Stavanger Lutheran Church with Rev. Dick Ewing officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Seneca at a later date.

He was born on September 13, 1971, in Ottawa, to Adrian and LaVeta (Kaldheim) Orsburn.

Jason was an outgoing, fun loving spirt, who did not know a stranger. He was a member of the United Methodist Church and had sung in the choir. He was an avid Chicago Cubs fan through and through.

He is survived by his mother, LaVeta of Seneca; his father, Adrian of Marseilles; his siblings, Mark Orsburn of Seneca, and Rod (Sherry) Orsburn and Jen Webb, both of Marseilles; his nieces and nephews, Matt Orsburn, B.J. Neal, and Patience Orsburn; and a great nephew, Roan Neal Pyszka.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents and brother, Brian Orsburn.
