Isabell M. Rivett, 84, of Seneca, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Morris Hospital, surrounded by her beloved family.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 P.M. Friday, February 10, at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Meyer of the First Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be from 10 A. M. to 12 P. M. Friday at the funeral home.

She was born March 24, 1932 in Farm Ridge Twp. to John and Mary (Haw) Huss. In 1957, she married Charles Rivett of Seneca.

Izzy worked at the Seneca Grade School as a custodian until her retirement. She enjoyed summers in Wisconsin and winters in Florida. Izzy also enjoyed dancing. Izzy and Chuck would spend weekends traveling to different venues to cut a rug.

Survivors include her husband, Chuck; four daughters, Carolyn Ann Gibson of Morris, Joyce (Leo) Thomas of Ottawa, Jodie Rivett of Seneca, and Connie (Donald) Towne of Ottawa; four grandchildren, Megan (Jeremiah) Adams, David Gibson, Ashley Gibson, Ronald Towne; two great-grandchildren, Graham Thomas and Elise Michaela Adams; and her brother, Harry (Joyce) Huss of Pekin.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Velda Shelton and Betty Hardin and brothers John, Frank and Ben Huss.
