Irene A. "Nene" Raikes Ozment, 63, of Marseilles, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at her home.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Seals-Campbell Funeral Home.

Nene was born December 30, 1958, in Ottawa, to Charles L. and Irene "Oma" E. (Rehm) Raikes.

She loved cooking, the outdoors, and her family, especially her grandchildren.

Nene is survived by her son, Robert (Tina Neumann) Wise of Marseilles; three grandchildren, Joslin, Lilly and Bryce Wise; her father, Charles of Marseilles; and two brothers, David (Janet) Raikes, and Rocky (Tammy) Raikes, both of Marseilles.

She was preceded in death by her mother; a son, Gator; one sister, Susan Nelson; and a brother, Chas Raikes.
