She was always willing to provide food – whether it be for funeral dinners, friends in the nursing homes or families in need in the community. She volunteered at Rivershores Nursing Home for many years.
Bill and Doris enjoyed having their grandchildren spend time with them every summer. There were day trips, treats and always lots of crafts. The grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews, have many wonderful memories of their visits to Marseilles.
