Denice Helen Burke-Bennett

Denice Helen Burke-Bennett, 66, of Marseilles, formerly of Ottawa, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Shawn Saldano of the Marseilles United Methodist Church officiating. A private burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Seneca.

Denice was born on January 7, 1960, in Ottawa, IL, to William and Vivian (Allen) Burke. In 1992, she married Ronald Bennett who preceded her in death in 2015.

She was employed at Fox River Resort in the Activities Center.

Denice is survived by her four children, Ronald Bennett Jr., Dena Tipton, TJ (Danielle) Tipton, and Adam (Amy) Bennett; 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren with two more on the way; her sister, Darlene Vanchura; and her twin brother, Daniel Burke.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ronnie; and a daughter, Tiffany Oelschleger.
