Demetrius John Williams, 41, of Ladd, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center-Peru Campus.

Visitation will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. on Saturday June 21, 2025 at Seals- Campbell funeral in Marseilles. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Fr. Ryan Mattingly officiating.

Demetrius was born on November 28, 1983, in Chicago, IL, to Kendrix and Tammy (Tulo) Williams.

He was employed by McDonalds, Flying J, and Road Ranger.

He is survived by his son, Demetrius John III.; his parents Kendrix and Tammy Williams; his siblings, Justin, Kendrix Jr., Jonathon, Jason, and Christopher Williams; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and his best friend, Bonnie Reiley.

He was preceded in death by one son in infancy.
