Daniel L. Wilking, 64, of Marseilles, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

Services will be private at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Hefner of the Church of God officiating.

He was born on September 18, 1957, in Joliet, to Lee and Janis (Gingrich) Wilking.

Dan was a lifelong long haul truck driver. He enjoyed drag racing with his son at Cordova, Bryon, Rockford, and St. Louis.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his children, Christopher Wilking of Marseilles and Roberta (Richard) Ellis of Arizona; a grand son, Michael Ellis; his father, Lee Wilking of Long Point; and one brother Doug (Tina) Wilking of Streator.

Daniel was preceded in death by his mother, Janis.
