Craig E. Miller, 70, of Morris, formerly of Marseilles, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 at Morris Hospital.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Marseilles with Rev. Howard Buchholz officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home. Burial will be at Elm Lawn Memorial Park in Princeton.

Craig was born February 22, 1947, in Princeton, to Robert and Doris (Oloffson) Miller. In 1969, he married Kaye Anne Williams of Austin, Minnesota, who preceded him in death in 2003.

He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Marseilles and the New Life Singers. He had been a member of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. He graduated from Princeton High School and received a BA from Luther College and Master's Degree from Olivet Nazarene University.

Craig taught at Marseilles Community Unit School District #155, for 19 years, where he coached football and held the position as the athletic director. He also taught for 15 years at Ottawa Township High School where he was the equipment manager for the Pirates football team.

Craig is survived by his two daughters, Lizabeth (Kurt) Konwinski of South Bend, IN and Kristen (Phil) Vigil of Morris; 3 grandchildren, Dylan (Kendall Stewart) Konwinski, Holly Konwinski, and Garrett Vigil; one granddaughter Brynleigh Kaye Konwinski; one brother Robert (Kathy) Miller of East Peoria, one brother-in-law Richard King of Princeton and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kaye Anne and sister, Connie King.

Memorials may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Marseilles.

Pallbearers will be Kurt Konwinski, Phil Vigil, Dylan Konwinski, Garrett Vigil, Ryan Miller, Toph Orton, Tim King, Dave Jacob, and Wes Grimm.
