Brian A. Shelton, 64, of Palm Bay, FL, formerly of Marseilles, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022, at Palm Bay Hospital in Palm Bay, FL.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles with Rev. Troy Tvrdik of the Marseilles First Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles.

He was born September 1, 1958, in Ottawa, to Philip and Clara Eldana (Orvis) Shelton. On June 28, 1986, he married to Nora Antonieta Ruiz who survives.

Brian enjoyed hunting and fishing with his father and cousins growing up. He was a caring husband, devoted father, and loving grandfather. He devoted his life to helping and caring for others. Brian loved dogs and loved spending time on the beach playing ball with his favorite four-legged friends.

Brian graduated from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. From then on he spent the rest of his life fulfilling Gods calling as a pastor, evangelist, and missionary. In his last years, he worked for Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care where he continued God's calling.

Brian is survived by his wife, Nora; his one daughter, Erica (David) Shepherd of Pontiac, IL; four grandchildren, Hailey Shelton, Connor Shelton, Dawson Shepherd, and Everly Shepherd; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three aunts; three uncles; and his cousins.
