Beverly Ann Locke, 91, of Naperville, formerly of Ottawa and Marseilles, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024 at Meadowbrook Manor in Naperville.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2024 at St. Joseph's Church in Marseilles with Fr. Ryan Mattingly officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. prior to Mass at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

Beverly was born September 16, 1932, in Ottawa, to Harry and Irene (McMahon) Coates. On June 7, 1952, she married Ronald J. Locke who preceded her in death in 2005.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marseilles. She was a volunteer at Ottawa Community Hospital and served on the Marseilles School Board. Beverly was employed by Union National Bank of Marseilles until her retirement.

She is survived by her son, Edward (Pam) Locke of Elmhurst; two grandchildren, Cristian Locke of Bensenville and Emily Locke of Groveland, CA; one brother, Dennis (Bonnie) Coates of Naperville; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald, and her two brothers, Ronald and Richard Coates.

Memorials may be directed to St. Joseph's Catholic Church for masses.
