Anna Jeanette Paicius, 92, of Ottawa, formerly of Chicago, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Aperion Care in Marseilles.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.  Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born February 3, 1926, in Ironwood, MI, to Earl and Barbara (Vilt) Johnson. On May 10, 1952, she married Casimir J Paicius of Chicago who preceded her in death in 1999.

Anna was an amazing mother, she always took great care of her family, the house and the animals.

She is survived by one daughter, Janet James of Ottawa; one son, Michael (Mary) Paicius of Joliet; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Robert) Gass, Nicole (James) Chidichimo, and Justin James; and one great-granddaughter, Jacqueline Chidichimo..

She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Patricia Sarna; one sister, Betty Brennan; and one brother.
