Amanda Michelle Burns, 34, of Peru, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be private. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

She was born April 21, 1983, in Aurora, to David and Deborah (Town-Burns) Edick.

Amanda was a loving, caring person who was always there for her children, family, and friends.

Amanda is survived by one daughter, Cecilia; two sons, Shawn Michael and Nathaniel; her mother, Deborah Burns of Marseilles; two sisters, Theresa Rhone of Peru and Jennifer (Rodney) Molina of Marseilles; one brother, Christopher Burns of Ottawa; and her nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews to whom she was known as TT Panda.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Edick.

Memorials may be given to the family.
