Ada Lily Cowan, 85, of Marseilles, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Ottawa Pavilion.

Funeral services will be private with Pastor Jennifer Beamsley of St. John's Lutheran Church in Joliet officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

She was born August 12, 1935, in Norwich, England, to William and Maude Florence (Howard) Moore. In 1956, she married Sheridan Cowan of Detroit, MI who preceded her in death in 1989.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Tim) Nelson of Plainfield; two sons, David Cowan and John Cowan, both of Marseilles; grandchildren, Kristin (Tim) Simpson and Andrew Nelson; great-grandchildren, William and Katelyn Simpson; and one brother, Peter Moore of Norwich, England.

Ada was preceded in death by her parents.
