Katherine Ford Dempsey, 48, of Ottawa, passed away Thursday June 7, 2012 at her home.

Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Sunday at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles with Rev. Duane Kaufman officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

She was born September 13, 1963 in Vincennes, Ind. to Gary and Martha (Perry) Ford. In 2002, she married William Dempsey of Lockport.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; her mother, Martha Ford of Ottawa; one sister, Teresa Ford of Ottawa and one brother, Jim Ford of Marseilles.

She was preceded in death by her father.
